Wembley Central comprises 118,000 sq ft of retail and restaurants, an 86 bed Travelodge hotel, 273 apartments and a 24-hour multi-storey car park. It benefits from excellent communication links and is built around Wembley Central mainline and underground stations. Key retailers include Tesco, Sports Direct, Iceland, Argos and TK Maxx. There are over 2.5 million people living within a two mile radius of the centre and it is one of the fastest growing suburbs in London.

GCW will focus first on asset management and new tenant opportunities. It will also provide professional services for rent reviews and lease renewals at the centre.
